Form Support

The RMS service encourages direct data collection via the Internet. Often however users may not be by their PC when the random moment time occurs. The RMS service can automatically generate a customized PDF document for every random moment and attach this document to the initial prompt email sent to each participant.

This process is accomplished by upload of an MS Word™ template of the required form to the RMS service.  There are specific keywords that will be replaced by the RMS service when the PDF document to be attached to the email is generated. The keywords appear enclosed in square brackets i.e. [keyword] in the Word™ document below.




The PDF version of the document is shown below. Notice that the keywords have been replaced by the appropriate entries for the random moment.
